Okay now this is just ridiculous

I have been getting emails all night from the boys at the speed dating, thanking me for matching with them. This is insane. I ticked NO for all but one guy. And he hasn't even written. All these other guys are sending email after email proposing dinner dates, movie screenings, and just general chit chat in a place not quite as noisy as the bar on Saturday night.

Is this karma or just some creepy way a dating service gets its kicks?

I agree ignore them. Once you establish contact you give them false hope. And you'll keep getting approached. Shame on the speed dating company for putting all of you in a akward position. Even on the internet sites most people use a account masking their identity until trust is established , etc. You've been exposed to all these deparate men.

Why is it so hard to "select all and delete" before opening? It's a bit like: if you don't want it repeated, don't say it or if you don't want it read then don't write it. I could go on but that is all I have to communicate!!! I'll email you tomorrow to chat.
